What I did
Led the selection of third-party partners, from fund counsel and fund admin to CRM, built the fundraising database and materials, and advised on fundraising strategy.
Result
The firm now manages its databases and financial information in house, with the right vendors in place and an ongoing partner on fundraising strategy.

Challenge
A family office opening its first fund to external LPs needed to meet institutional diligence standards for the first time.
What I did
Built a new data room and folder structure from the ground up, created key fundraising materials including the DDQ and investor FAQs, and prepared the team for the questions institutional investors ask most.
Result
With an institution-ready data room and clear answers to the toughest diligence questions, the family office reached final close within a year, a timeline few venture funds achieve in today's fundraising environment.

Challenge
A fund with a capable operations team had its data scattered across too many places, slowing the team down.
What I did
Rebuilt the fund's Airtable databases into workflows designed around the team's existing processes and what the partners needed from their data.

Data is now entered once and flows where it's needed, so the team no longer re-enters the same information in multiple places.
